Molly received numerous awards and accolades for her creative efforts to promote the Municipal Railway and San Francisco’s tourism activity after the devastating 1989 Loma Prieta Earthquake. In addition, she’s received several honors from and is a member of, the Hotel Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI); Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA); International Council of Shopping Centers; and Society of American Traveler Writers.
Ginny is a media expert with 35 years of print and broadcast experience. After achieving acclaim as a news anchor at KSFO, the #1 morning music radio show in the Bay Area from 1983-1992, Ginny launched her own media services company, providing audio and print content for radio, magazines, newspapers and Internet sites around the world and has a weekly column . Ginny also teaches travel writing, sports journalism and web/blog design at St. Mary’s College in Moraga.
Fluent in German, English and Spanish – Carly is a travel enthusiast who has has had the opportunity to study in Salamanca, Spain and live abroad in Germany and Bahrain. Carly brings her passion for diverse cultures and worldwide travel to her profession and is an asset in providing digital-savvy PR knowledge, creativity and expertise to every PR Campaign.
While working for both Travel Spike and their sister company journeyPod (an online luxury travel & lifestyle magazine), Carly has been integral in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with top media members and travel industry professions. She has worked with network shows like “Wheel of Fortune” and “Top Chef”, and has created strategic partnerships and networked with a variety of outlets including OK! Magazine, Billion Dollar Babes, MTV, the Emmys, South Beach Wine& Food Festival, The
Sundance Film Festival, CMAs, Fashion Junkie, Social Diva as well as numerous CVBs & Tourism Boards. She has also garnered event planning experience with some of the top U.S. travel conferences including the DMAI (Destination Marketing Association International) and US Travel Association’s TravelCom.
Carly has personally appeared on popular radio shows including ABC Radio and the Erik Hastings Travel Show, where she was interviewed about her travels to the Far East, Middle East and throughout Europe. Additionally, she has secured client coverage with top radio shows including Business Talk Radio & Stephanie Abrams. Constantly on the pulse with the latest in podcasting, online video distribution, social networking & digital PR – Carly’s expertise in the digital travel and social media world continues to grow and change with the times.
