The first display is an in-depth large screen video overview of the Alpha Omega property, its history and vineyards and the winemaking process.  “The Journey of a Grape, From the Vine to the Bottle” display offers a straightforward view of wine production from the vineyards to the cellar.  In the final display, visitors will be amazed at the nuances of the various sizes of wine bottles and how they relate to a glass, a bottle and a case of wine.
